Infra-red Linear Bridge Cutter

Infra-red Linear Bridge Cutting Machine is used to cut the stone slabs into smaller sizes and it’s the most frequently used stone processing equipment owing to its high accuracy and efficiency. With the rotary table, the machine can change the cutting directions automatically. The heavy-duty bridge structure guarantees its high running speed and stability which are the two important factors for advanced quality and low output cost. Its maximum cutting size is L3500*W2000*T300mm.

5-axis CNC Bridge Cutter

Having all the advantages of a normal Bridge Cutter, this 5-axis CNC Bridge Cutter can do something more. The cutting head can move 360 degrees, which makes it able to cut any irregular shapes, round shapes, curves, and chamfered edges. With its computerized system and flexible head, this CNC Cutting Machine boasts the advantage of compact structure, high accuracy and efficiency, and easy operation.

5-axis CNC Water Jet

A Water Jet is used to cut stones with a thin water line containing fine metal powders pumped from a high-pressure pump. With the computerized system and 5 axes, the cutting head can move in all directions and is a discontinuous cutter. It is a multi-functional CNC Water Jet with high accuracy and various cutting angles, making it the most optimal for making mosaics and irregular-shaped tiles.

CNC Router

The CNC Router is a computer-controlled milling machine for marbles and stones that can make sink cut-outs, flat carving, and hollow carving on stone surfaces. The heavy-load bridge structure guarantees high stability, while the dual-head system offers double output. It features high running speed, high accuracy, and stability.

Automatic Edge Polisher

Automatic Edge Polisher is used to polish the eased edge or small round edge of marble, granite, and quartz stone countertops with super high efficiency and stability. It is equipped with 13 nos. of polishing heads ranging from rough to fine grits, which guarantees high-quality polished edges. It is fully automatic with a stable running speed, so the polishing output is very stable.

Mitered Chamfering Machine

The Mitered Chamfering Machine is specially used to make the 45-degree mitered edges of marbles and quartz stones, two of which can be joined and glued together to get the seamless mitered edge profiles. It is computer-controlled and automatic, which guarantees stable and high-quality output.

Profiler

The Profiler is a classic stone processing equipment with quite a long history. It is testified to be the most suitable machine for making irregular shapes and profiles of stone products like rotating stairs, handrails, border tiles, skirting tiles, etc. It is semi-automatic, but it is a dedicated three-dimensional stone processor with the exact output that you want.

Edge Cutting Machine

The Edge Cutting Machine is a traditional stone processer for cutting and chamfering the smaller size of marbles, granites, and engineered stones. It has a compact structure and small table, so it is more flexible and easier to handle. Compared with the bridge cutter, it is more suitable for processing the small sizes of stone tiles.

Manual Polishing Machine

Manual Polishing Machine is used to polish the surface of natural stones and engineered stones. With its wide working area, this polishing machine can do polishing to a bundle of products at one time enabling a much higher output than a hand-held polisher.

Round Table Cutter

This cutter machine is specially designed for cutting the round tables with a rotating table and fixed cutting head. The working diameter of the table ranges from 500mm to 1800mm. It is fully automatic so as to get the most stable and qualified output.

Irregular Profile Miller

The Irregular Profile Miller is used to create and roughly polish the irregular profiles of natural stones and engineered stones. With the help of this facility, any kind of irregular profile is achievable with stable and high-quality output.

Quality Control

After all prefabricating processes are done, all finished products are laid out in the open area separately for cleaning and QC inspection. Our QC team keeps their eyes on every piece of product and takes measurements strictly according to the shop drawings to ensure all products are free of any defects or size differences.
